Returns and Exchange Policy

At Nays Best Urban Styles LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your items, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process.

Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all tags attached and packaging intact.

How to Return or Exchange

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please let us know when you contact us. We will issue a store credit or process the exchange once the returned item is received.
